After buying two Tri-Core pillows from my Chiropractor I tried this Mid-Core pillow. Both sides are just right for me. I'm 5'4" and the smaller lobes are just the right height. Slept well the first night--only took a few minutes to get used to a brand new pillow. I have always liked the design of this pillow--perfect for back and side sleepers--and now the mid-size makes it even better. Costs less too.
The regular Tri-Core was just too big on the second lobe and I didn't get my money's worth since I was using only the one side.
Kathie in Customer Service contacted the mfg. for me when I asked for measurements so I could make the right decision. She was so helpful and offered to get more info if I needed it. Thank you Kathie!
