I suffer from migraine as well as chronic daily headache and this pillow definitely helps with the daily pain. Very comfortable and easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the ice pack (included) doesn't stay cold for very long. Usually substitute 2 small gel packs side by side instead. Will definitely take on my next vacation, great travel pillow.

I am a massage therapist and I use the pillow for my clients that come in with headaches. It helps calm their headaches and relaxes them. They love it!! However, I have had some clients request a thicker ice pack. I promised I would pass that request on.
