It was easy to fill. I do find it a little heavy to move around when I'm sleeping, but over all I think it is great. I copied some info about it and gave it to my chiropractor, she recommended the pillow to me,for her office.

I purchased this pillow for my husband. He has had two broken necks and has constant headaches when he wakes from sleeping. We tried all different types of regular pillows and nothing helped. Then a friend told me about this pillow and I figured we had nothing to lose. Turns out he loves it and has not had a headache since he started sleeping with it. He actually recommended it to a friend and he just bought one.

I love my mediflow pillow, I was in a car accident about two years ago, and I have had troubles with my neck ever since. Ever since I got my pillow I have never slept better and have had little to no neck pain. This pillow is truly amazing and I would recommend it to anyone with neck problems or not.

After having neck surgery 11 months ago I have bought about a half dozen pillows trying to alleviate neck discomfort. Since my surgery I have gone from being a side sleeper to a back sleeper and constantly waking up very uncomfortable. I have been pain free since the day of my surgery until a few months ago when I began waking up with numb and painful arms. Since purchasing this pillow I actually sleep better and finally can stop wasting my money buying pillows that don't help. The only downside to this pillow is you need to be able to put more water in them than they actually call for based on firmness desired. Overall a very good product!!!

I bought this pillow because I wake up every morning with neck and head pain. I am still waking up that way even with this pillow. The only thing I like about this pillow is I can make it more or less firm by the amount of water I put in it. That is something you can't do with your regular pillows.

I just recently had surgury on C6C7 this pillow allows me to sleep a little better then a regular pillow, I would highly advise anyone with neck pain to invest in this pillow

My physical therapist recommended this pillow and thus far I like it a lot ( I have had it less than two weeks). It is easy to adapt to. If I really, really like it ( which I think I will) I will order a second set so that I don't have to take my pillow to my second homefor the weekend.

I have spent hundreds to find a pillow that didn't leave me with neck pain and a headache every morning. I have fibromylagia and I need to have support on my neck, since I'm a side sleeping and have petite shoulders, finding a pillow that would do this was next best thing to impossible. This pillow does it for me. I am so glad I found it.

I had been waking up with neck pain every morning.I tried every pillow we had in the house and couldn't find a answer to my problem. We were out with another couple and got on the subject and they told us about this pillow they had been given and that it had helped him with the same problem that I was having so we order it and got it about two or three weeks ago and have found that the answer that i was looking for had been been discovered and have been waking up almost pain free, but I am not going to give it up as I feel better now than I have for quite some time..

I have been using this kind of pillow for years! I love it so much I empty out the water and take it in my suitcase on every trip I take.
It is necessary to occasionally empty the water and refill it to the number of ounces you prefer.
You'll get a few years out of it.

Ever since I got my Mediflow water pillow I haven't had any arm numbness. I used to wake up every night after tossing and turning because my hands would go numb. This amazing pillow really helps!

I love my Mediflow Water Pillow! I never go anywhere without it. I know that when I go to bed at night I can rest assured that I won't have a bad night sleep because of my pillow. In fact I look forward to resting my head on it. I've used this pillow for 4 years and I would never change to anything else. It has superb support. I can't say enough about it!
