Pillows very firm to hard and shipping was slow , September 16, 2011

Shipping was slow, but pillows arrived in good condition. Both pillows were very firm, almost hard and I experienced headaches sleeping on them. I hope they "soften up" somewhat over time.
It would be nice if there was an extra, standard "percale-type" pillowcase instead of the flimsy looseknit cotton one on the pillow.

I had no problem falling asleep and staying asleep for the night.... rested very well with the Butterfly pillow...The pillow was more firm than I expected but it worked great.
