This is the first pillow that I have bought that didn't go flat after a few weeks. I have had this pillow for over 6 months now and it is just as supportive today as it was when I first got it. This pillow is designed to offer support for both back and side sleepers and as someone that sleeps on both my back and side I find this pillow to be great. I haven't had any neck aches since I have been using it. It did take a few nights to get used to since it is designed differently from standard store bought pillows. There are two main channels to this pillow one is larger than the other so regardless of how tall you are (I am just over 5 ft) you can find a comfortable side to sleep on.

Too firm, too high., September 15, 2009

I have used a similar pillow for years. So long, in fact, that it has become flattened. The new pillow is harder, larger in circumference and very unforgiving.
