I like the fact that this pillow is cotton and machine washable, also that the water chamber can be removed for easy cleaning and filling. However, I am primarily a back and partial side sleeper. This pillow doesn't give enough support when you are on your back, even when filled to capacity, it is much better for side sleepers. It is incredibly HEAVY! So, if you move in your sleep and try to readjust the pillow be prepared for how awkward it is. Also, you can really only sleep on one side because of the structure in the interior. There is some sort of bumper on the top to help the water chamber stay in place, it is only comfortable on one side because the stiffness of the bumper is softer on one side. I bought this with the idea that the water would support my cervical neck and that I could relax my head (because of the donut shape of the water chamber) and have the pillow puff on the sides so I could rest the side of my head while on my back. Even at full water capacity it doesn't do this and if you want the water under your neck it is only prominent on one side of the pillow.
