The Core Leg Spacer pillow is designed to help relieve pressure and strain on the lower back, knees and ankles. The unique, hour-glass shape moves with you when you turn over, eliminating the need to strap the product to your legs. Covered with a cotton/poly, blue cloud pattern fabric.
Available in two sizes-
FOR SMALL FRAMED ADULTS AND CHILDREN - PETITE - 9″ X 6-1/2″ X 5-1/2″, with an indent of 3″ wide.
FOR AVERAGE SIZED ADULTS - REGULAR - 10″ X 8″ X 6″, with an indent of 3-1/2″ wide.

This really does space your legs to relieve strain on your back. It is firm and doesn't flatten out like the memory foam ones do. If you are now using the memory foam type it will take time to get used to the firm one but you will find it is better. Just give it a good squeeze to 'soften' it a bit. At first I had to trade off with the old one but now it is okay.
Also there is no zipper pull to scratch--that is a plus since I would have to turn it a certain way so it wouldn't dig into my leg or scratch me.
It comes in two sizes too. Nice to choose what is best for you.
