Shipping Information:  top

Most lightweight shipments are sent by FedEx or UPS and delivered to an easily accessible area around your home/office. A heavy or oversized shipment requires the use of a Common Carrier and is typically curbside delivery only.

Common carrier drivers travel alone and may ask for your assistance in unloading the items from the rear of the truck to help prevent any damage to the merchandise. A signature is required to establish proof of delivery.

    We at PillowMart.com carry only high quality professional grade products. We stand behind everything we carry. Our goal is to please our customer and provide the best products at the best possible price. Your satisfaction is always our priority. Most items can be returned with in 15 business days of the ship date of order. and receive a refund* less 10% of the products purchase price and s/h fees. There are a few items due to health and sanitary reasons, that may not be returned at all or other rules may apply: No late returns will be accepted. On certain items you will be required to accept terms and conditions before your order will be accepted. To request a RA number simply call (316)689-8888 or e-mail Returns@PillowMart.com and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The RA number we give you is a reference number you are to place on the outside of the package when you ship it back to our warehouse. You must have this RA number to return any item(s) that have been purchased. Failure to do so will void the guarantee and the product will be returned to you.     How do I return my order for Refund?  top

    All items must be returned in resalable condition and must have manufactures packaging and instructions, Items may not be worn or washed. Any sealed packaged item such as pillows, pillowcases, etc. may only be returned if still sealed in the original packaging or unless otherwise stated. If an item is not exchanged for another product there is a 10% restocking fee charged on all returns. If exchange order is placed the restocking fees will be waived. All return cost are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. If it is a mistake on our companies behalf. PillowMart.coms will reship the order by using the same method of shipment as the order was placed and pick up the incorrect item at no expense to the customer. If an upgraded service is requested this will be the customers responsible for the difference in cost between the 2 services.

    How do I exchange my order?  top

    Return for Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be processed as a new order, and shipped right out, all charges will be reapplied including S&H fees. Once your return has been approved as resalable your order will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. S&H fees are the responsibility of the customer. No Restocking Fees will be charged to you.

    FYI:

    Sizing is the #1 reasons for returns and it can be very costly due to miss measuring or guessing at your size. The sizing is there to help you get the best fit possible, it is important to have the brace fit correctly to get the best benefits from it and on your road to recovery. We ask you, Please measure and do not guess, this will only cause delays in getting you out of pain and feeling better and it will cost you extra money. For PillowMart.coms to keep pricing low and/or competitive we must past these charges back to you.

    What if I cancel my order?  top

    Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order prior to MasterCard & Visa's processing you will incur no cancellation fee. However any order that is cancelled after your MC/Visa has been processed you will incur a 5% processing fee to cover that fee MC/Visa charges us. Discover & American Express are exempt from cancellation fees.

    What if I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

    If you cancel an order after it has been shipped you will be charged the 10% restocking fee and be responsible for the shipping to return the merchandize if the package can not be refused at time of delivery. You are responsible for the package until it arrives back at our warehouse. No refund will be issued until return is made. .

    What if I’m missing a product when my package is delivered?   top

    Missing Products: Missing items must be reported with in 5 days of receiving your order or items will not be replaced. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package if any items are missing and there is not a clear explanation on your paperwork inside the box. Example: Shipped Separately or Backordered stamped next to the product missing..

    Will I be notified if a item I ordered is on backorder?  top

    Backordered Items: You will be notified by email of any items that are on backorder as soon as the office is notified by the warehouse. (Notification within 24 hours of your order unless your order is placed from Friday to Sunday, or on a holiday, then you will be notified on the next business day.) The PillowMart.com warehouse does there best to always have stock on hand, but occasionally items may sell out before more inventory arrives. If possible we will drop ship your order directly from the manufacture if allowed. PillowMart.coms will charge your account for the item even if it is on backorder. Paid orders have first priority when backorders arrive. If at anytime you wish to cancel your backorder, as long as the item has not already shipped before you cancel your account will be refunded in full right away. If shipped the item must be returned and then a full refund will be issued.

    After I place by order how soon will it ship?  top

    SHIPPING: Orders normally ship within 24 hours from the time there placed. Delivery time on ground shipments is estimated at 4-7 business days. Cut off time for Expedited orders (2nd Day or Overnight) will ship out the same business day if placed by 12:00 Noon CST. Orders place after 12:00 Noon or placed on a holiday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 Noon CST for expedited shipping will not be delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday depending on 2nd day or Overnight choice. If Saturday delivery is needed special arrangements must be made by calling toll free 888-498-8587 prior to order leaving the warehouse. There is an additional fee for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivers may not always be available to certain areas.

    **Returns will not be accepted at the business offices, they will only be accepted at the warehouse when the return number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. If Return number is not clearly marked, your package may be refused. **Any items sent for return that does not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customers expense.

    Bedding & Low Back Cushions:   top

    Certain pillows such as: Therapeutic Lodi, Buckwheat, Magnetic Therapy Bedding are non returnable items. These products are packaged in a box or with no plastic seals. Due to Health and Sanitary reasons this products are Non Returnable, all other Pillows, Pillowcases, Cushions, Wedges, etc. that are not otherwise stated may only be returned when product has not be opened from the plastic sealed packaging, Return & Exchange request must be made within 15 days of ship date unless otherwise stated. Authorization may be requested by calling 888-498-8587 or emailing your request to Returns@safessl.com , please include your order number and the product you are requesting for return. Sorry, No late return request will be accepted on Bedding items.
