I love my Mediflow Water Pillow! I never go anywhere without it. I know that when I go to bed at night I can rest assured that I won't have a bad night sleep because of my pillow. Ever since I got my Mediflow water pillow I haven't had any arm numbness. I used to wake up every night after tossing and turning because my hands would go numb. This amazing pillow really helps!

I have been using this kind of pillow for years! I love it so much I empty out the water and take it in my suitcase on every trip I take.
It is necessary to occasionally empty the water and refill it to the number of ounces you prefer.
You'll get a few years out of it.
