I had the vehicle Sacro-Ease seating system and just needed the wedge to complete it to my satisfaction. What it does is to ensure that your body does not droop back towards the seat-back, so that it you have spinal or muscular low-back problems you are aligned as you would be on a flat chair, not a car seat.
It works perfectly for this, perfect slant, and completes the work of the original SE car seat I had bought about a year ago.
