For heat treatment - Heat in the Microwave or Conventional Oven!
Simply heat the support roll according to the directions included for fast, effective relief from sore muscles and joints. This support continues to give off heat for an estimated 20 to 40 minutes before reheating is necessary.

For cold treatment - Place in the Freezer!
The Elasto-Gel Support Roll remains soft and flexible, even at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F. Treated areas are usually numb within 5-minutes of treatment, without the harsh shock and pain sometimes associated with ice or ice water treatments. The Elasto-Gel Support Roll will remain cold for approx. 20 to 40 minutes.
